As Head of Caritas' International Delegation Joseph Donnelly has managed the confederation's work on the MDGs at UN Headquarters. He serves as the primary liaison with the UN's Millennium Campaign's Global Office in New York and European Office in Rome. He organised the MDG Convening Group and coordinates with Member States, NGOs, civil society organisations, faith-based organisations and development experts. He is a member of the General Assembly President's MDG2010 Summit Task Force.
